US West Cost - Pre Trip planning

The idea stemmed from a tailored trip I saw on Opodo I think around 3 years ago. It mentioned the triangle of San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Reading up the topic on the net I chanced upon the fact that one would go past Yosemite along the way - so that came into my plan. Also looked around for other national parks along the way - found Sequioa and Death Valley while Yoshua Tree NP was a bit out of the way. Grand Canyon NP was also a must while in Las Vegas so added that too. Dilemma was whether to do a Death Valley NP daytrip from Vegas or to stay there. Reading about Death Valley settled it - I couldn't reach far off sites like The Racetrack - without staying there, and everyone said that the experience of staying there was something not to be missed. Reading about Grand Canyon - I really wanted to go to Antelope Canyon and the Horseshoe Bend but found out that they were in the Glen Canyon area and also wasn't sure Sushmita would be ok with the bumpy ride to the Antelope canyon that you're forced to take. So all in all - settled on the below....
Day 1 - Arrive at LA - meet up with Jay and Suddha, drive to Santa Barbara (Beach House Inn)
Day 2 - Santa Barbara (whale watching)
Day 3 - Santa Barbara to San Francisco (via Pacific Coastal Highway)
Day 4 - San Francisco
Day 5 - San Francisco to Yosemite
Day 6 - Yosemite
Day 7 - Yosemite to Sequioa NP
Day 8 - Sequioa NP to ?
Day 9 - ? to Death Valley
Day 10 - Death Valley
Day 11 - Death Valley to Vegas
Day 12 - Vegas (helicopter tour of Grand Canyon)
Day 13 - Vegas
Day 14 - Vegas to LA
Day 15 - Flight back from LA.
